sandkshouse How about a wider media center with room for decorative items. Something similar to this one from Crate & Barrel. This is pretty expensive, but you could probably find something similar without the price tag.
SaCim Decor Hi Jenna....they are single bamboo dividers. The are 120cm high and 65cm wide.
I print the "Hae Taew" or Five Sacred Lines tatoo on the fabric and fit it to the bamboo frame....The tatoo design, which has most recently been popularised by Angelina Jolie, is a traditional Thai tatoo which is supposed to bring good fortune and ward off bad spirits.. groveraxle Since you just moved in, and before you spend money on an object to fill a corner, I would suggest you take a look at the whole room and consider how you want it to work and look. I see one small sofa, an off-center rug, a television on a stand, a window valance, and a pink child's table. Nothing relates to anything else. That's why we were suggesting an entertainment center on the big wall, to give some direction to the room.
Room design is more than just filling empty spaces. It's about making a cohesive whole where the parts serve your purposes, work together, and complement each other aesthetically.
jennaperez86 Yes, we'll said! I thought a entertainment center would take up space in this small living room. That is why I've got this small one. Trying to make it seem bigger. I'm now considering a bigger entertainment center. Thanks
groveraxle Okay. To really get help, open the window and shoot a pic of each wall including the corners of the room. Upload them here and let's see what suggestions you get.
