Hi Carol! Lucky you! Canadian interior decorator here at your service! But please give us more details. A description of what you want/need, pictures of the house, maybe some measurements, a floor plan?? Whatever you can provide will help you to get the best possible advice.

I love the colors in the fabric and the print. Whatever room it is, you can make it sumptuous.

For starters, how about a warm gold on the walls? These are from Benjamin Moore.

Or go blue on your walls.

I know this is a little over the top, but this picture came to mind, when I saw your entry...
I love your scheme, right on the money and matches the pool too! Enjoy Florida, we are freezing here in BC!

Another fabric I always liked was Schumacher's Chaing Mai Dragon in blue, perhaps as accent pillows?
Make sure it is not all too predictable, one room could just be white and orange for example. i like the photo with the brown too, looks intimate. Could I suggest some outdoor fabric curtains around your pillars on your patio outside? I think it would make that area look a little friendlier and not so "hard"...

I believe the kitchen was done by Thomas Britt, might be an option for bathroom cabinets? Do your bathroom counters have a yellow or orangey tone? Sorry, difficult to tell with the light. Your bathtub looks a little lost, you could do a front and the surround tile in a mosaic or paint out that corner, perhaps put a bold print above the tub, to give that space some meaning...

carolforde,

Post one dilemma question for each of the rooms, so you can get specific feedback. Otherwise it will be too confusing.

Since this fabric is for your bedroom, go with either the blue or the gold on the wall. I think it gets lost in a white room. A simple geometric rug just under the bed area will look good. Add some watercolors of island life on each side of the bed - or prints of tropical flowers or birds. I'd hang guazy panels on the windows in a natural linen.

Maybe something like this. Although I would not have a solid rug, rather a geometric flat weave kilim.

i like the blue paint chip, witner lake and I am thinking of a rattan rug with geometric pattern to deepen the floor colour and balance the furniture....

Hi---you're already headed in the right direction... Keep the wall, floor, and most furniture neutral/light in color---add punches of color in linens, decorative chairs, art, fresh florals, etc. I do recommend painting the walls one to two shades darker than the ceiling color---just for interest. Good Luck![houzz=Gallery Loft 1][houzz=Gallery Loft 2]

Love the fabric. I think I would like the turquoise on the walls.
