Kitchen cabinets and flooring help
Hi everyone! I absolutely love the look of this kitchen and would appreciate your input on what wood the cabinets and flooring might be.

If I had to guess, I would say that the cabinets are white oak. Is anyone aware of a less expensive alternative to white oak that would provide a similar look?

Many thanks!

onthefence That's a gorgeous kitchen. Funny, I was looking at Canyon Creek Cabinets website earlier today and remembered the white oak. I just looked and they offer a VG Fir as well. The pic of the white oak cabinets looks very similar to what you show above.
