Carm Longo - The Kitchen Planners I would change up the kitchen layout a bit! Make the range centre of the back far right wall as a focal point. I would make the peninsula a straight run with no return cabinets on the left to keep the area open...and have an island. I would also put a run of cabinets to "house" an all fridge and all freezer on the bottom wall just above the stairs and make the area to the left of that it's own area as it is....or put a pantry there...or perhaps turn it into a small dining room open to the foyer.

Mahdi Parsaei About the island, I'm not sure if there is enough space to do that ! what do you think ?
and about the pantry, we've considered one at the small room right beside the foyer wall. Though It's not as functional as a walk-in pantry.

Dytecture Both levels look similar except for the over-sized bathroom on the 1st level and some minor changes to the outdoor spaces.

Mahdi Parsaei Yes, we made it like that. And something more, there are three bedrooms on the 2nd level.
