Living room color scheme
Hello, my living room is pretty narrow..I have a microfiber, drab green, sectional. I have young children, which means lots of toys. So I've been considering a storage ottoman . I'm having a hard time choosing the color and material. Since the sectional has a wedge, I'm assuming round would looks best. I attached a picture of a similar color color and style. Would a chestnut colored leather go? My walls will most liked be antique white or something similar.. Thanks in advance!

Cynthia Taylor-Luce It might be hard to find a round storage ottoman because they're difficult to construct. A rectangular storage ottoman will be easy to find and will hold more stuff. Chestnut leather would be fine.

Carolyn Albert-Kincl Design I would provide containers for the toys elsewhere in the room or closeby. Knowing what fun kids love to have with their parents, I can see a couple of children taking turns having you move your legs from the ottoman so that they can either put in or take out some toys. It would be difficult for you to tell them not to be so neat.

However, with an L shaped sectional, if you really want a storage ottoman, a rectangular one should work well.
