Need help with family room
I posted yesterday about needing help with fabric/rug, but after getting a couch delivered that did not work I realize I need a lot more help. How would you set up this room? There are 2 adults and 2 kids under 5 in my family and this is where we watch tv/movies together every night. I am at an absolute loss. Nothing in the room has to stay and I am open to any ideas. We need to be able to walk in and out of room from both entries. Thank you so much for your help!

elmckie Our tv is .5 inch too big to go in between the 2 windows.

Connie Abbott I have the same room almost. We solved the dilemma after about 5 years by putting the sofa in front of the windows. I didn't think you ever could do that---I was wrong it looks great and the room works so much better.

elmckie Thanks Connie! Funny- we've been here 5 years. I thought about putting the couch in front of the windows and wasn't sure if it would be weird since those windows are in the front of our house. Are your windows in the front of your house?
