PENTHOUSE KITCHEN TRANSFORMED
Originally this apartment was built with alot of small rooms and a closed in kitchen. Everything - meaning -all electrical, all plumbing, all floors, all walls and all doors were completely gutted to the concrete and rebuilt for a completely new , contemporary , open space living taking full advantage of the views and light and also to have the ability to socialise and communicate while functioning and entertaining.
The new kitchen have custom pear stained maple cabinetry , industrial slides for full access and solid stainless steel pulls.
The Chef’s Kitchen- with a 17' island and stainless steel appliances that include - Sub Zero built in refrigerator,Ultraline Convection oven, Warming Drawer, Microwave Chamber, Asko Dishwasher, Thermador 6 burner stove top. An appliance garage keeps the Quartz countertops free of space. a wine and beverage cooler and bar sink makes entertaining gracefull .
Well planned contemporary lighting throughout in glass, stainless steel and Swarovski crystal completes the the mood control and the look.
The homeowners love this kitchen. they love to cook and this space can handle large casual cocktail partys as well as formal dinners and entertaining.

The Canadian Decorator .com thankyou for the compliment. It dose not feel like like the same place any more either. there is another apartment with the same layout across the hall and I wish she would let me in there to help open it up even just a bit but some times people are afraid to make changes or spend the money. There were no regrets on this project. I noticed on your houzz that you may be renovating your place to make it presentable to show on this sight. pease send to me pictures and floor plan and I would be happy to give you feed back and help set up a budget and a plan- complimentary initial consultation online.good luck. love your stuff- by the way.

The Canadian Decorator .com Stainless steel as a back splash is suprisingly easy to maintain. the cost is not more than tile including installation and often less than some tile. I lined that wall bank up as stainless, wood stainless, wood , stainless , wood.
