carolannr Is there space under the window for a daybed?

Linda Poteet I don't have window problems regarding bed, my concern is the bed taking too much floor space

Wyland Interior Design Center What about a Murphy bed? Showplace Wood Products- Fine Cabinetry offers endless possibilities in design a Murphy Bed exactly how you want it. So many door styles, woods, stains, paints and glazes.
The bed folds up into cabinet when the bed is not in use. This frees up a lot of space and will look like a built-in bookcase.

Dezign Studio Inc I wonder if you could move the computer /printer on the opposite or side wall of vanity desk, as I'm not sure which side is the entry. Then you could place the day bed or a folding bed in the closet depending on the budget. You will have to remove all shelves and trimmings around the closet.

Linda Poteet Thanks for your suggestions but closet is only 46" wide and the desk is 42" wide.

lizpb85 How about a futon? Maybe could gain more space by getting a small stool or bench for the vanity too. Something that you can put underneath. Looks like there are some neat futons out there and some convertible ottomans too! http://www.us-mattress.com/elite-mali-futon-combo-coal-pewter.html
