Lightfoot Homes
January 17, 2013 in Design Dilemma
Details -

Open up space to extend the Kitchen into the Dining Area adding an Island.
Space is narrow and not much room to move around within this busy household.
Need a desk for Homework etc.
Need an Island that seats at least 6 people.
Fridge is big and really cramps the existing Kitchen Space.
New Lighting required.
and adding 3 Windows at the back of the House to see the pool.

Need Help!!! Any Ideas???

Thanks in advance

It looks like you might be dealing with load bearing walls. You should talk with a local pro to find out your options.

A floor plan would be helpful.

I am hearing this dilemma more frequently...people not using formal dining rooms, I happen to like this trend with so many possibilities! Can't wait to see the feedback you get!
