Bathroom mini-makeover HELP!
Newly purchased home. We just took out the old vanity and medicine cabinet - discovering the hole in the wall from the previous medicine cabinet. We plan to lower the heat register so that it will shoot out underneath the new vanity (previous owners just removed drawer and had it come out of their vanity!).
Dilemmas:
1. See photo - previous owner cut into tile and filled with a piece of wood to support medicine cabinet. What should we do here without re-doing all of the tile (blue 4x4's on all walls and shower surround).
2. How can we jazz up the room to make it more modern? Paint color suggestions?
3. LOW BUDGET! Ready for DIY.
