Kitchen redesigning - Cabinet Spray

I am in the process of re designing my Kitchen.I found this kitchen in this color when I bought my place and would like to re spray. Do you have any suggestions of what is the best color. My appliances are black(See pic), Off white counter tops, and white perlato floor. The only change I made from this photo is the Chandelier on top of the table. I changed this to one with brown shades (Shown in 3nd pic)

TanCalGal I'm assuming you R painting all of the cabinets and keeping the backsplash.

Paint cabinets & crown molding black (Annie Sloan chalk paint) with silver-tone knobs. Inside cabinets paint same color as walls. Walls paint same color as floor. Lighting inside upper cabinets. Kitchen Upscale Elegance

Joseph Said Hi, olldj22, thanks for your feedback.
Correct I would like to keep the current back splash and painting all cabinets. Also, I intend to pant the walls.
Re the Black colour for cabinets, I am a bit sceptic since the room doesn't have a lot of natural light, and I'm afraid this will create a dull environment. Any other suggestions are appreciated.

olldbobbi If you ignore the floor, the lower cabinets painted black in this first picture look pretty good.
However, if you want to go lighter, the second pic might appeal to you:
