Child's Playroom, Home Office, or Formal Living Room?
This 11x14 room had originally been a formal living room, which was quickly changed into our son's "play room" with the addition of a child's play loft, and has more recently become a "teen den".
We are getting ready to sell our home, and I wonder if we should remove the loft area, or if we should still present the room as a "play room".
Obviously, the room needs to be cleared out to be "show ready", and we will paint the room a more neutral shade to go with the rest of the home.
Thanks in advance for your opinions,
Marlena

iamchickaddd I would remove the loft area as it's cute but highly personalized.

Cynthia Taylor-Luce Yes yes yes, remove it and present the room as if it had never had this structure.

Interiors International, Inc. Yeah, it is neat but definitely designed for your purposes. Most people will not care for it in their house.
