Help with extra room used as a play room, media room and guest room (not often)
We have one daughter whose bedroom is upstairs. Across the hall is another room she uses as a play room, art room, media room (WII and TV) and sometimes a sleepover guest (not oftn).

Attached are a couple of pictures of the room (it's a mess as I am trying to figure out what to do).

Dimensions are below:

room is 15ft by 12ft
knee wal is 3.5ft tall

The items I would like to keep in there are the day bed (may need to think about gettnig rid of it and doing an air bed for sleepovers) and dresser.
The bed (daybed) is 7ft long or maybe just the trundle bed may be better for the room. Dresser is 52" tall, 18" deep and 29.5 inches wide.

Any idea on how to design this room or layout the furniture?
Thanks,
