I would paint it all a light gray or white color and use white or gray for the larger trim. Replace the ornate railings with plain glass and stainless steel. Remove the bars from the windows, the decorative corbels and perhaps replace the windows with something simpler and more modern. Remove the pergolas over the balconies and use some colorful modern canvas awnings. Remove all potted plants and extraneous ornamentation. Replace hanging sconce on balcony with recessed lights.

Josh Pierce I would take the arbor structure from the left side of the picture and create something similar connecting the front balcony and the front door into a more impressive entry. You need to celebrate the entrance. Also, I would look into painting the white plaster exterior with a richer tone, something to reduce the contract between sheer white and the reddish tone stone work. I would also paint all the exterior steel a similar color, and look into more green landscaping around the front door.
