Virtual Drafting Assistant It needs a statement feature. Is this how it looks in the streetscape or are there other tall buildings beside it? If it stands alone I would simplify the facade and concentrate on the details. There seems to be a lot going on. I would lose the curved balcony. Concentrate on the stairs on the bottom being your curved feature and lose the additional curve on that balcony if possible. Make the entry a feature and simplify the rest.
vinhnqls Actually, my house is between the two houses with similar size. The width dimension of the house is just 6 meters; hence I find it hard to have beautiful design for facade. Anyway, I agree with you about get rid of the two curve balconies. Thank for your advice
vinhnqls Wow, such a profound knowledge Aja Mazin. Yes, it is Vietnamese house. Indeed, I want it to have modern and different style with others neighbor house. I will consider all of your advice. Thank you very much
vinhnqls Here is the modified version of my house base on the idea of Dytecture. Please give some comments about it. Is it better or need to be improved ? Thanks
lsaillard Can I be really picky? I have spent a lot of time working with a great interior designer and she has taught me a lot about the importance of details. The second storey balcony clashes with the window. I think you need to look at the detail in that junction. I would also play around with wrapping the yellow colour to the underside of the 3rd floor balcony and 2nd floor balcony to make it appear as one complete object and not just a stick on splash of colour, similar to the first example from Aja.
vinhnqls @ Dytecture: Yes, I removed the curve balcony
@ Isaillard: I agree with you about the clashes of window and second storey balcony. Can you give some recommendation ? Thanks
Aja Mazin Perhaps, add a bit of black and another colour in addition to the original scheme plus the wood.
6 meters is 20' and it's 4 stories?
Quite impressive!!
For the benefit of those Houzzers unfamiliar with the cutting edge architecture in Viet Nam, here is a magnificent home with a few interior shots of a remarkable home in HoChiMinh City.
The homes have super sleek, clean contemporary lines and a host of raw materials.
Residences feature various courtyard gardens throughout in order for the homeowner to be able to retreat into his/her own private nature infused spaces.
The exterior is surrounded by a tall concrete wall with a metal gate, and what lies within is a peaceful and clear space of clutter and noise that surrounds the city.
I can't do anything technical!!

Are you actually going with yellow and turquoise????
I prefer your original colour scheme plus the addition of wood.
I keep the original white scheme with the addition of wood.
Do you think two colors is enough?

Changes give it more definition and interest.
