Bedding vs. wall color
My current bedding and bedroom are on left....plantation shutters are now where u see the paper over windows and I have blue drapes a shade darker than wall color directly in front of my bed.....it's time for a new comforter....can I use that corral comforter in this room on left or no way??

Karen Brenner Coral on the bed would look great! I would get a third color of Navy Blue and use that as a pop of color.Like a pillow and the drapes.I think the drapes being ALMOST the color of the wall just makes it blend into the wall. Give the window some respect.LOL

Darzy I'm not "digging" the coral. So..no..pass on the coral.

lahti101 I agree with no coral. I don't think the wall color goes well with coral. Sorry.

lorna1215 I would say no to coral, but the right red may work..

rachelj4141 No way with the coral. As far as the bedding I would think an elegent gray with white or cream. Try Macys.com. I know Calvin Kline and Hotel Collection have a few that may work. Keep me posted!!

solraven We have the exact same color scheme. Right down to the curtains that are a little darker blue than the walls. :)
That being said, I wouldn't use that particular comforter, but introducing just a touch of red/coral/orange would make the room look more finished. Unfortunately, that comforter is more than just a touch. I would introduce the amount in 1-3 small vases (though not necessarily vases). Keep it understated, and it will make a statement.
