My living room has a pool table in the middle!
My husband 'surprised' me with a pool table several years ago. It's staying so I need help finishing this room. I don't want it to look too 'gamey'. Recommendations on window treatments and furniture to finish it out? PS - yes, the china cabinet is going away!

Keitha You are right, the china cabinet needs to go, then possibly relocate your pool cue rack to that wall. Maybe paint the long wall a rich color, install wooden roman shades on windows and drapery panels to the ceiling on each side to soften the windows. If you don't want the room to have "a Pool Hall or Sports" theme remove all other themed items ( the side table, golf ball rack etc.) and go with accessories that you would typically accent a living room with. Hope this helps!
