How do I set up this room so that I can watch tv looking at the tv straight on but not block the fireplace wit
I need help arranging my furniture so I can face the tv straight on and not be sitting sideways.

decoenthusiaste Are you asking where to put the TV, because I don't see one. What is on the wall opposite the French doors? Looks like it might be a dining area. I don't think we have a full view of the space to make a valid suggestion. Can you post pics of the two other walls in the room?

Interiors International, Inc. Some rooms are just not meant for watching TV.

Ironwood Builders Who watches TV? All I do is houzz, But, really, isn't a dedicated viewing area a better way? A nook or area that is solely for the tube? Then viewing is a choice, not the only thing to do.

Chic Alors Decor & Design What an incredible room!!!!! Your only option is to watch T.V. on your IPad. There isn't a suitable wall to even mount a flat screen. I would consider removing the long drapery panels though, they divide the room in to quadrants and maybe lower the ceiling fixture? Gorgeous home!

Sheila Schmitz If you must watch here, you might consider these ideas for placing a TV where a wall won't work!
