megaune my husband is a countertop guy and he tiled our shower and then created and installed a custom corian shelf that he "glued" right onto the tile. Let me know if you'd like a pic-

megaune the bottom pieces are the support because we didn't want to drill into the ex. tile

kobley You can get corner units in metal but they do need to be drilled into the tile. Your shower appears to be wide enough that you could install a glass shelf on brackets.Just make sure that the glass is fastened in a way that it won't fall off. Frontgate does have some options. Google shower shelves.

Doreen Schweitzer Interiors, Ltd. The corner shelf idea seems like the best resolution. You have eliminated the other possibilities. There are also corner shelves made out of resin that look like natural stone that can be found at tile stores. You could add 1 high and 1 low. They can advise as to how to install. It is possible you may have to cut into the tile but there are tools that do that with a high degree of precision. Do check out Frontgate. They have teak benches which it seems you have room for that could hold a basket with soap, shampoo etc. Metal will rust and get nasty.
