One of our customers completely made over her kitchen with Kings Forest Maple Laminate. What do you think of light floors and light cabinets?

loroca The work was well done, but there needs to be more of a contrast between the woods. Its too much of the same tone of wood. I would of used a darker floor or a completely different material. For tight budgets you can use vinyl in many ways, the classic checkerboard, or even stripes can be done. Sorry if i offended anyone

nanharvill I like the light woods together. I think there is enough of a contrast between the cabinets and the color variations in the floor. The backsplash provides some interest, but the room doesn't look chopped up. It's a soothing room.

hparks74 I think it's a great transformation especially using the blue paint. I think if in the future your able to add new appliances everyone will see the cohesiveness that the room does offer. Nice job!

yolie1110 I personally don't like light floors and cabinets,I think a contrast is needed, or dark appliances are a must. You want something to stand out.

Seventies House I think it looks good, but agree that stainless steel appliances would be the icing on the cake.
