How long should kitchen drawer pulls be?
Is there an "standard" for the length of a pull to drawer size?

eagledzines No. There isn't a standard. They come all different lengths.

aphchan Is there a length relative to drawer size? I have read 1/3 or 2/3 of drawer length.

Ironwood Builders Many pieces of drawer hardware are designed to go close to the full length of the cabinet width...or in some cases, the vertical height. Some pulls are 6" or 7" long, yet they are placed on drawers that are anywhere from 9" (the narrowest cabinet for typical construction) to 24". Two pulls are usually used on cabinets wider than 24". Although...see the first part of my answer. So, in answer to your specific question... No. There is no formula for the size of the pull in comparison to the size of the drawer.
