Need help with my main bedroom
My main bedroom is in desperate need of some interior design! the lights on the walls are terrible but i dont know how to get more light into the room as the ceilings are very high (double story volume). I need a headborad i think but not sure of colour? The walls are a light grey and the floors are wooden? Curtains too are a greenish colour? And i need a way in which to create more cupboard space??

2. Consider modular storage units in place of your night stands.
3. Perhaps repaint the wall, or use bed linens in brighter warmer shades.
4. Mirrors are great at reflecting light around. How about a tall pair of those? One behind each bedside lamp? These will bring an illusion of depth to your room.
Contemporary Bedroom
I'd paint either the walls or the closetdoors to 'glue them'. Some warmer colors combined with dark wood or some classical greens or blues combined with offwhites and light wood, depending on your taste/style.
Try placing bright lighting on top of the storage (closet and headboard) so the white cealing will reflect the light.
2.use glow in the dark stickers to add some glam factor, may be small stars or avoid too big animated characters.
3.use multi point lights ,hanging lights and big floor lamps.
4.please change the curtains to match back wall color.
5.add some plants ,throw some extra pillows ,a rug here n there .
6.headboard is must get one in fabric of your choice and size but do complement.
all the best
do post final result pics.
