Paint colours for this bedroom
Need ideas for a colour on the walls. At the moment it's a pinky shade on the main walls and lighter on the others.
Ignore the furniture, that will be changed!

Maureen Randall Find an object of inspiration, such as the comforter set....and co-ordinate colors from that. I kinda like the furniture. Is this room for a male or female or both? There are lovely slate gray colors, or a sea glass blue on this site that would look wonderful with this furniture. there are tons of ideas on Pinterest as well. Check them out!

melaniegilchrist The room will be for a female. I really like the idea of using grey but don't want it to appear masculine.
The bedroom furniture will be very simular, white with silver handles.

Maureen Randall use a pale gray, type in gray bedrooms on google and look at images...this will help you to find the perfect pale gray. I personally like the pale gray with a hint of blue, or even purple...this would look fantastic! Good luck and keep us posted!

Jean Tuck I have to say I like it and would make toppers sort of arched by design for over drapes in a deep purple color , love the glass on top of dressers. Its all pretty to me but when a change will give you a lift, slow is better that all in and you can always go back easy if its not what you like.

Raashi Design I think grey/silver with yellow for room ( since the floor also has a yellow hue) and purple accents would work really nice.

All About Interiors LLC Hi
Glad you chose to go with a gray. You can accent in just about any color, blue, red, yellow, purple etc... A great neutral color and so popular now. Can't wait to see how it comes out! Melanie

rinqreation A deep bronze metallic on the wall on the headside of the bed. And a really light greige on the other walls. With the white furniture and tavertine floor, it will look quite glamorous!

melaniegilchrist In this room there are patio doors. With grey walls I was thinking cream lace draped around a pole but I will need t pull them I think at night for privacy. Any suggestions for curtains?

rredpenn I like Cherieandstewart's cat's idea of adding "jujitsu" art on the walls... well, maybe the cat was "JK..jk.."
