michigammemom Love the repetition of the citron color from the kitchen tile, to the living area throw pillows, and the dining room drapery. Fresh!

Shaw Coates Thanks everybody! Despite its condition we bought the house because it had a good flow and great views and we saw what it could become. We've done renos before so didn't need to work with anyone but a contractor and a landscape designer on this one. Luckily we were able to make the furniture from our last home work in the new space saving on overall cost. We're really enjoying being in our new home :)

Paradise Restored Landscaping & Exterior Design Especially love the flooring - the light feel and flow of the home - u r right! Nice touch of green - one of my fav go-to colors - always, always works - however, your grays and whites are stealing their own part of the show here! Outside Landscaping you say? Like to see it . . .

yolie1110 Nice but a little too much white, you may want to put a warm tone in there to give it some contrast.

Shaw Coates Hi Paradise Restored, here are some pictures of the xeriscape landscaping we put in. Luckily these pics were taken before some of the surprie cold snaps this year! the last pic had just been planted, it's filling out a bit more.

Interiors International, Inc. You did a great job. I love it! You were so lucky to find a house that had such potential and that you were able to see it. Most people can't get beyond what they see to what could be.
