HELP with Wainscot Colour

If my walls are one shade of white and skirting is stark white which white should my wainscot be? Cheers

Hopefully, the whites are different enough to see a contrast. The wainscoting should be stark white.

stark white if meaning a bright white, yes ! it is more traditional for wainscoting and beautiful I might add.
