ruthmand I think it is nice to step out of the shower and unto a rug and yours looks very nice.

mandylou33 I voted no rug, because I think it clutters the space. My eye doesn't know where to look when the rug is there. But immediatly drawn to the blue vase when it's not. Lovely!
If you like the soft, warm feel when you step out of the shower, invest in a beautiful (small) neutral bath mat.

momof5x I voted without a rug as that was a large rug but I do suggest some nice bathroom floor towels for when you step out of the shower, plus these are easy to machine wash.

G3 Studios Decorative Painting Small rugs just look more natural and like the others mentioned, so much easier to toss into the washing machine. That rug seems too large and out of place. And this is coming from someone who's wife once installed wall to wall carpeting in our first apartment! It was weird but strangely luxurious! (But it was also a rental and wouldn't have lasted the long haul)
