New Property Design

Sharon BerowskyFebruary 7, 2013
My Husband and I have just purchased 10 000 sqm of open land, our main view is a Lake, and we would like to start with a design plan to start building a house, and have no idea on where to start. Can anybody assist me?

Do you wish to outlook onto water?, perhaps a siting deck, consider large windows to observe the view from inside, large windows are also energy efficient in the way of lighting. :)

Yes we definately want to capture the views, but when building i want to keep green and try to blend into the area with little damage to the enviroment.
