Color or update recs for home exterior? Red brick and Stone
Wondering what colors complement brick and stone for an exterior? Brown is not my favorite but I'm stumped on what would be appropriate...thanks in advance for your ideas!

Here's some inspiration. Lighten up the brown screen porch without too much contrast. The gray used here would blend with the brick and the stone you have.

gingerclaire What an exciting house! I agree that muted greens would work well.

ourfarmhouse What a charming house!

Here is your house with shades of taupe/gray (much like Judy M's suggestion). I think it's a great look.

Your house could also benefit from divided light french doors and transoms on your three-season porch. It feels more finished and helps it to fit with the rest of the house better.

hparks74 Beautiful, 1930'? I had a similar home but stucco I matched the paint to the grout in the brick because my grout was a tan/yellow and not grey. Not a great example but at least you can see a lighter color.

Judy M The door and window suggestion for the porch is beautiful.
You've got some great advice to turn this house from drab to fab.
