Laundry/mudroom update
Decided to revamp our laundry room as I was fed up with losing socks down behind the washing machine! Originally, we intended to go for glossy grey cabinets but opted for the red entirely on impulse when we got to the shop! This room is also the access into the garage so we use it every day and the colours always cheer me up.

scooterpig Thanks, the pictures don't really show it so well but the main paint colour is now a silvery grey (it was sage green before), and the accent wall colour is appropriately called Peacock Tail! The cabinets are a true fire-engine red and super-glossy. We opted for a quartz countertop as it's so easy to maintain.

scooterpig The bench is from Crate & Barrel and the pillows were from TJ Maxx! The colour scheme came about because I decided to have one room that was lively and fun, as the rest of our house is actually pretty neutral. Originally it was going to be grey cabinets with a bold counter, but we changed our mind.

Seventies House Love the colour combinations! A very fun looking room now, compared to the old one! Makes me think I should prioritize doing MY laundry room... You must be very pleased with the result.
