Design Freedom, inc. a floor plan (even a hand sketch) with some dimensions on it would be fabulous!! also, remember any suggestions here do not consider where the structural elements (columns, beams inside the walls) in your house are located. i would recommend a local architect come out to the house before you get too far with your planning!

ahelton142 If I knocked the wall out it would make the room 28x42 the rooms are side by side. It is a load bearing wall so I know I will have to have something there. I've tried drawing it out but I can't seem to get exactly what I want.
