Really large walls and I'm not sure what to do with them...
I'm tired of the blank walls so after 7 years I finally hung up those three mirrors but I'm not loving it. What could I add and what should I put on the other walls to the left and right of the wall with the mirrors. It's a return stair case that's 8 ft wide and 12ft tall. Please help. Thank you.

eagledzines You could do a picture grouping on both walls or hang a very large tapestry.

diyjames Though mirrors are nice, they are best if there is something beautiful to reflect. I would do as others have suggested or add some architectural trim

eagledzines Good point sva09. If one large mirror was used (not long and narrow but square or almost square), a chandelier would be nice as it would reflect that.

diyjames Another ideas, which came to me after seeing eagle's post, would be to have a nice long chandelier, that is reflected in a wide horizontal mirror. Below the mirror, three square pictures with the same frame (either one theme or family pictures) would look good.

Koreen Bingham Thank you for the ideas.

Keitha Windows are interesting, however, you need more. What about purchasing additional window frames and hang them among the mirrored frames. Also looks like the ones you have hung are too high but that could be fixed by adding more!
