Well I close on the new house next week. I think I'm keeping the sun deck upstairs so I need to work around it. Im going to put grass along the outskirts and maybe some sort of laminate or vinyl wood flooring to go over the concrete? Any ideas

I would just stain the concrete and the wall.paint the posts and underneath in same color.
