abbshel Since you are wanting to sell I suggest you stay with light or neutral colors. A soft blue, maybe a gray-blue would look very pretty with your furniture and carpet.

nanalea How about Sherwin-Williams color aloe vera. Would look good with the beautiful furniture

Lkristine Maybe Spanish Olive on the walls and just slightly lighter Spring Thaw by Benjamin Moore on the ceilings would look neutral, but with just a hint of color.

LB Interiors For re-sale - I 'd like a warm beige/tan,
blue or green may be considered but I would stay with a neutral

GEE Contracting and Development Is it a house or condo and is it on a lake and/or ski resort. Maybe I will get lucky.

ajkfog Yes it is a house. And yes it's in a gated community and has 5 lakes in the development, two of th in walking distance. And we are 15 min away from 4 major ski resorts. Big boulder blue mountain Jack Frost and 30 min Fro
Camelback.

GEE Contracting and Development Thanks I was interested in a condo but your house sounds lovely. Instead of a green because I assume you will be selling it without your furniture. Teal is a beautiful fresh neutral color and you may choose the shade you love, most people love within the same family of shades. So go for it, you will be delighted and so will your new owners. The teal is reflective of your crystal lakes and winter snow.

LB Interiors P.S. I suggest, don't forget to paint the ceiling the same as the walls or 1-2 shades deeper of the color of your choice. The room will seem even larger.
