What kind of window treatments to use in sunroom with many windows=ugly neighbors house
We had a beautiful back yard with gorgeous landscaping and an inground pool. The neighbors yard had huge evergreens blocking his house. they grew so high every tree either fell (one on our house) or died. Now we have full view of his house from our lovely sunroom. WHAT kind of window treatments should we put on the MANY windows in our room. Cafe curtains, full lenght - the view is so unsightly.

JMittman Designs Do you have a picture of your sunroom? Will full length curtains darken your room too much? Cafe sheers might be a nice idea--or even full length sheers. Hard to tell without seeing the room.

Window and Fabric Works As JMittman Designs says, it's hard to tell without seeing the room. One idea is either full length panels or cafe's using a patterned sheer or embroidered linen. I've attached one photo for a general idea. I'm not a huge fan of the cafe length, however, they do come in handy occasionally. And as you can see from the photo, cafe's don't have to be "half way" but can be a 2/3 or 3/4 length. When closed, you'll get a beautiful light play through the pattern and still have lots of natural light. Or move them completely out of the way and see out to the back yard. Idea #2, there are great woven wood products which will accomplish the same result in a shade option.

Window and Fabric Works Thank you. Actually, I didn't a have enough fabric for the length and luckily had a same colour solid linen to add as the banding. It worked perfectly and I loved the result.
