New backsplash, need paint help
So the new backsplash is almost done and the next step I thought would be to throw some color into the house (every wall in the house is white, so it's time to add some color). There is definitely a variety of colors in the backsplash and countertop. My girlfriend and myself thought that some shade of green for the accent above the counters and some shade of brown for the other walls would look good. What do you think would work? Thanks!!!

Darzy I agree with you and your girlfriend about a sagey green wall color (the lightest green pulled from the backsplash). But, no accent wall color. Just all the walls the green you chose. And, the ceiling and antique white or the lightest of the wall color choice.

LB Interiors Whatever color you choose, please paint all the kitchen walls with same color. A kitchen tends to be chopped up with the appliances etc. and all that is going on with the cabinetry.
I think a green would be nice. What color is the frig?

CptSize The frig is stainless steel. Any thoughts on sponge painting the ceiling??

Darzy I would nix a sponge painting ceiling idea. Your backsplash is the star of the show.
