Creations Nadia Interior Design I would be more helpful in Canada,BUT! Nevertheless when i shop for my clients( specially the ones who are on fixed budget) i consult with one of my usual salepersons who gives a fair advise. Good tip: appliances do not have to be the same brand and they don't have to be this year model ( last year is OK as well). There are some clearences in certain stores and there are some payment plans with no interest in others, so , GOOD LUCK!!! :)))

Interiors International, Inc. Electrolux has some very nice lines to their pieces. GE Cafe line has a great gas range with double ovens.

zenhome Contact a few local appliance stores for their advice and try and get a hold of the latest consumer report reviews.

bdennison Here in the Boston area, we have a few of the larger appliance dealers advertise package deals. Complete Bosch stainless package for under $4000 for example. Happy shopping

zenhome Good deals in Boston. In Canada, I paid over $6000 alone just for my range - not Bosch though.

onthefence I don't think I'd do a 'package' from any one mfr. Different brands are better at different appliances.

sam0705 A recent consumer reports kitchen magazine rated a kitchen aid comparable to a viking. The mag may still be in stores.

bdennison I have been looking around and reading reviews. I know I WANT a french door unit but I NEED a 33" fridge. I've decided on the Samsung RF4267hars. I just need to pick out the rest. I like both the GE Cafe and Jenn-Air and they both get good reviews. There is just so much out there it's hard to decide :-)
