French doors
Our new doors are white and I don't know what to do with them. Paint them the same colors as the interior walls and the exterior painted the same as our main entrance door? I definitely can't leave them as the stick out like sore thumb.

Stacy Hageman The exterior is brick and dark brown casements. What about the interior? Any suggestions there? I've attached the brick (in process) with the backdoor painted (Black flame -Pittsburgh paint)

Ironwood Builders I agree with Custom Home Planning Center, though I would use the same sheen through out. depends, though, there is another discussion happening right now about natural wood doors and painted trim while yet another is discussing black interior doors and white painted trim. Both would look good in a traditional style home. Or take the interior doors to another place altogether. Red or green/black or....Your color selection for the interior has a bit of time, doesn't it? Work with some of these discussion ideas on Houzz and then consider hiring a local designer to help you sort it out.

Stacy Hageman We've already painted the great room where the doors are located. We don't like white trim we are staining all our hickory trim with a custom Pecan stain. I believe custom home planning is referring the to exterior where I am getting the impression you are referring to the interior. I don't have the budge to hire a designer as we live in a very rural area.
