Help! What color should I pick?
I fell in love with the room pictured below, and wanted to capture that feeling in my study.
My study is off of the family room (painted BM Glass Slipper). My friend suggested painting the study a beige (BM Shaker Beige) and then accent with large canvas of purple image/painting).
Suggestions? Will Shaker beige be too dark? Is there another neutral that would look good with purple/lavender and Glass Slipper? Should I paint the room purple?

ASVInteriors If you love these colours, why don't you paint your wall lavender? There are so many muted shades and goes beautifully with the wood floor you have. What is lovely is that at night it goes light brown with artificial light (try it on a sheet). So it is very versatile.
