For a modern look, would it be better to do a round, oval or a rectangle sink with the Moen Level faucet?
We can't decide between the oval, round or vertical undermount sink by Kohler. We will have the Moen Level faucet in chrome finish. This is a cylindrical faucet. What shape sink would look best with the faucet in a modern setting?

loroca If its for a kitchen, do not go with oval or round!!!!!! I lived in a house with round kitchen sinks, and it was awful! You can't wash cutting boards, cookie sheets, or even bigger bowls. If its a bathroom, forget my rant :) maybe post a pic of the faucet so we can see the style

eagledzines Vertical undermount.

princess_q Loroca - i can only imagine what you went through as sometimes my square kitchen sink seems too small!

The sinks will be for the bathrooms. I will pot a picture as soon as possible.

soberg Rectangle would date more slowly, IMO.

eagledzines My vote for vertical undermount was for a kitchen. There are a number of Moen Level faucets.
Can you post a picture of the particular one you were thinking of?

princess_q Here are the pictures... The lower faucet is the one for the undermount sinks in the main bathroom and the ensuite. The tall faucet is for the vessel sinks for the powder room and basement bathroom

eagledzines I think they both would look good with rectangular. Undermount and vessel.

princess_q Another problem is that we have chosen round vessel sinks and they are priced within our budget. Will it look funny to have round vessel sinks in the powder room and basement bathroom and square undermount sinks in the main bathroom and ensuite? They will all have the same faucets

DIAspoton vertical. no i don't think mixing sink styles will look odd. having everything throughout the house is boring and looks spec rather than custom.
