What would you do?
I got a home at a dam good price but this plaited wood needs to go! Ideas??? 4 grand to spend. I'd love comments!

mmilos I like your cute house. I wouldn't do too much to it. A window or sculptural outdoor art (nothing tacky) hung in the large gable would be a nice addition.

Or paint the gable shingles a darker, more contrasting color...a charcoal gray could add some pop.

Chris Cute Craftsman-inspired styling! If the space under the gable is accessible from inside, it might be worth it to put a window in although its not clear that is your best bang for the buck. You can look here for some ideas:

I think the house deserves another little mini-gable to the right over the garage to balance things out...

ManLand LandMan No landscaping. This is a cookie cuter place, I plan on muting big mature trees in only, so you are in a since on the same track!
