HELP! My Living Room need an UPDATE!
I Know the fireplace need a mantel but don't know what kind? The room is narrow so it's really hard to arrange the furniture.. Would there be a way to add storage under the windows? I would like to keep the blue wall but the other two need something?

decoenthusiaste Beach House - New Construction pic doesn't really indicate if there is a recess created by the FP. If so, you could add window seats with storage on either side. You have room to add a traditional wood surround with mantel if you like that style. You could put a simple shelf-style mantel too.

lizadiaz I would get different furniture. It seems too bulky for this small space.
