Lighting help to go with bubble chandelier
I have ordered a bubble chandelier to go over my rectangular black glass dining room table. It will be in an addition overlooking the lake and we will have 6' by 6' glass windows on two sides. I think it will look fun and reflect nicely on the glass table and go well with a waterfront view. My issue is lighting for the large kitchen island we will have adjoining the open concept dining room. The island will be 7 by 4 ft and have white/cream granite with some black/ brown and metallic flecks, but mostly light. Base will be espresso, cabinets antique white, countertops same granite and floor very dark engineered hardwood. I cant decide if i need colour in the pendants, continue the same clear glass theme, sparkle and bling, or what? Sooo tired of looking at lights. Have no house pics as we are at the 'all torn apart' stage. Hope the link for the bubble chandelier works....

As for Northeast facing rooms…either BM OC-112, goldtone, and if your walls are brand new and smooth, try a satin finish. Or, BM-2051-70 Crystal Blue, which is light and I think would look great with the water. My last suggestion is what I would do, and I feel you may not like it, but I love it with dark wood, would love to see it with your chandy and I know ('cause I used it) looks absolutely fab in a North room…. BM AF-605 Slip.
Thanks for your great advice, i love Benjamin Moore paint, its all I ever use... I looked up the slip colour, that is gorgeous. Also like the goldtone, ..I had been considering OR 251 duck cloth, or CSP 245 stoneware, or CSP 305, crisp linen, but they are much paler than the gold tone... Need to think about that! In the upstairs master, it also has same north east exposure, and we are doing same dark hardwood in there. I am considering Benjamin Moore CSP 590, Early frost, a nice blue grey.... Thoughts?
side is going to be taken down to open to new dining room. The garden doors in the next picture will also be removed with the wall they are on to open up to the new dining room addition.
It picks up the chrome from the chandelier but its not as contemporary to jive with the style of the kitchen
I really like that, but my husband thought all those kind looked too industrial, but this one is not as much as some. I am trying to let him have an opinion too as hard as I find that to do! I will send him this pic....thanks!
