Design around pool table
We have a pool table in the middle of our family room (25'x 15') Our sectional couch is against a wall on the side with a TV angled on the wall to watch from the side. Need help decorating around this! Pool table is too heavy to move.

Creations Nadia Interior Design Can you post some pics, please! you need some space around the pool table if you want to use it ( otherwise when it's to tight it becomes a table to fold laundry) :))

pcmom1 I once had a pool table in our family room with almost identical dimensions. When I did place an ad to sell it I thought, "how will they ever move this 8 foot solid slate, solid oak thing out of here." Thankfully, a rancher purchased it and sent a huge truck and all the ranch hands!

That said, I know how it is the decorate around. We do need some pictures of the area. One question, does the sectional have to stay? You could add a tall pub table instead. Also, built in bookcases along a wall can help take some of the "weight" away from the table. Add luxury drapes and go for the "gentlemen's lounge" look.
