Need colour suggestions for a kitchen splash back

Hi

We have a tiny kitchen which has just been renovated and need a splash back. I was thinking mosaic tiles but they might be to fussy for such a small space 2.5 m by 2.8 m. Also need suggestions for the window. The house is a small weatherboard beach shack in Sydney Australia. All polished floorboards, whites greys and blues

Redbud Custom Homes I would do a light grey glass tile, 4x8 set in a stacked joint pattern. Looks great so far!

Barbra Bright Design Hi Louise, I like your kitchen a lot. You have a nice mix of modern (cabinets, faucet) with marble counter tops. And glass tiles in either light grey or a blue grey would look nice. But, how about a little twist and using 4 x 12 tiles? I think that would look very modern.

ASVInteriors Not that I had the picture below in mind, but if you like the fun element why don't you make a picture backsplash with a picture of the dunes and the sea in a faded blue?

alibonelli I love the look of back painted glass. One custom cut and then you don't have to clean grout lines. For the color I would pick your favorite shade of blue since you are near the beach!
