Concrete flooring/Level off and sealed with a stained sealer?

Thank you! I was mainly looking at concrete floor ideas! I'm wanting to level and seal my whole downstairs concrete... Some gorgeous lofty looks! Just don't know the best way or who to go with to do this, that wouldn't cost too much??? :) little demo of old 70's tile still needing half done! Other half done already... We were thinking hardwood but I love the more contemporary open look & feel...

laureningle I don't like that speckled look. More like this pic here... In coloring... I love the driftwood nautical, beach relaxed look & feel. With class & richness-Whites!!!
