What is my design style called?!?!
I am NOT a designer, but I do know what I like. I need to know if there is a "style" that would describe my tastes so it will make it easier to look on houzz. I LOVE fleur de lis anything!! I like gold, venetian bronze, and red is my favorite color. My living room is tan with dark wood trim and hardwood floors. I have crimson red curtains and throw pillows, but also have some teal as small pops of color. I have a yellow kitchen with red accents. My bedroom has tan walls and is decorated with robin's egg blue and chocolate. Anyone want to tackle giving this a "style name"?

Kevin Retired Decorator Fleur de lis is a french Iris that doesn't tell us much. Your colors could be anything from modern to traditional. The Metals of gold or bronze could go in to any style too. As could dark wood floors & trims. You really need to post pics of your furnishings and accessories to find out your style. Or even your clothing wardrobe would help. Places you like to vacation to or shop at also influence your style. Do you like clean lines or ornate things? Antiques or new? Etc. Your colors sound a bit trendy. As you can see Pics are a must.
