Planning on finishing my basement!
First plan is what I found on our builder's website for my floor plan if they would have finished the half basement (have to admit that I removed one extra wall they drew between the stairs and furnace area and left the area on the left unfinished also) I made some changes on pictured in second photo. Areas behind red walls would be allocated for storage. Any ideas/suggestions?

decoenthusiaste Looks like you've handled it. What kind of ideas/suggestions are you looking for? Are yo installing the bar area indicated on the builder's plan?

Arlene Warda, Architecture+Interior Design Yes, I agree with above. Are you going to install a tv viewing area? the bar above, or even a wine cellar? also a play area, if you have kids?or invite family over? let us know!...

rozajac Arlene; left wall will have a large LED TV and area between the TV wall and middle open area will be for a sectional sofa.
