How high to hang wall sconces
We are putting in a theater room in our new home. How high should the wall sconces be hung? It is 9 foot ceilings.

Dytecture Depending on the style and size of the sconces, I would aim to have the center of the sconces at "eye" level, which is between approximately 5'-0" to 5'-6" for most people.

slsf61 Rule of thumb is 66 inches from the floor to the light on the sconce - but check you can fudge a little according to surrounding art, architecture, etc.
