Living room help - which wall for the TV?
I have just rented an apartment and it's got large living and dining areas. I'm just worried where to place couch vs TV, because the TV cable has been installed to the left of the balcony, in the tiny wall opposite to the central heating, which made me think the TV stand would have to be somewhere there, kind of separating living from dining room. Nevertheless, the couch would have to be right in front of the heater, which I don't know if it will make me uncomfortable, so would it be worth having the cable installed in the opposite wall? I'd appreciate any additional thoughts on how to fill in the living room, I'll be buying everything new, have no pets and live by myself. Thanks!

LizaJane I would put the TV to the right of the heater. That will give you more options for seating and more space. You have a clean slate...what fun. I would measure your space to make sure of furniture and rug sizing before buying! Good luck.

Dytecture Depending on how long you plan to stay in the apartment. If it's relatively short term (1-2 years), then it's probably not worth the trouble of moving the TV cable.
