Need help with new bedroom!

I'm moving into my new house next month. Right now the walls of the bedroom are baby blue, but I bought this comforter set. What color scheme and furniture should I go with? I was thinking light gray walls with black furniture, but don't want to get too dark. Should I do light gold walls? Any help would be great! Thank you!

Schlosser Design Group darker walls would look better with your bedding and would feel dramatic plus cozy at the same time. consider a color slightly lighter than your sheets and dust ruffle.

Dezign Studio Inc Is this your current home or the new home ? whats the floor in your new home / room. If the floor is beige , then gold beige walls will go.

Hanna Bowes Heather, I like the dark purple/grey color. What If you did an accent wall using a color like that? Then have the other walls be beige or off white so it's not all dark?!

Significant Buildings and Construction I point this picture out because it has some of the purple-goldish tones and throws in a few accent colors and pieces that you might consider to jazz up the rest of the room. Even if the walls are light, it can have a very fresh look to it!
